Our Mission

Pathfinders Foundation™ helps individuals and families, and other supporting Margin of Excellence Organizations (MOEs), pursue personal and professional education aspirations by providing Leadership, Career, Personal and Professional Development and Resources (LCPD&R™).

Our Vision

Our vision for Pathfinders Foundation™ to accomplish our mission is through two key initiatives

1. Leadership, Career, Professional and Personal Development via:

Proprietary and non-proprietary publication and video content.

Professional Coaching of Affiliates during volunteer manpower, leadership and development work. In other words, coaching and feedback is built into the volunteer work that our affiliates perform.

Group Discussions: We discuss subjective concepts such as “What is professionalism?”, “What does duty mean to you?”, “What does honor mean to you?”, “What is your relationship with adversity?”, “What does hard work mean?”, “What is conflict, and how can we manage conflict in a healthy way?”  “How can you apply lessons learned in your own life?”  These are what we call “Lifelong Questions”.  Lifelong Questions are questions you can reflect upon for your entire life, and your answers to these questions may evolve and change over the course of your lifetime.

Case Studies: One of the most powerful ways to learn is through stories.  Christians often reference a situation to a story in the Bible.  We remember stories, and they can be especially useful when we find ourselves in similar circumstances or when we are thinking through a situation.

2. Resources

We are building our own resource base in pursuit of Pathfinders Foundation’s mission.

We coach our affiliates in how  Individuals, MOE Organizations and Families can participate in our resource development activities to earn resources toward the achievement of their specific aspirations and objectives.
